Established in 1930 by Elmer Lewless, Valley Roofing remains in the same location today, 408 Woodside Avenue Bay City. Valley Roofing was originally a branch office of Bruno Martin Co, that Andrew Lewless established in Saginaw during the late 1800's.   Bruno Martin Co., would perform any type of work involving sheet metal, varying from repair of automobiles  to copper building construction. When the demand for copper construction increased Valley Roofing was formed. Valley Roofing installed decking and roofing from Saginaw to Marquette, wherever local general contractors would work. In the 1970's Gerald Lewless (succeeder of Elmer Lewless) installed some of the first  single ply roofing systems in the state. Gerald Lewless retired from Valley Roofing in 1991. Presently, Bret Lewless is the fourth generation of the roofing contractors who has acquired three roofing Master contractors Awards from Firestone Building products since 1991.

Valley Roofing Co. Inc. specializes in commercial and industrial roofing. Valley Roofing serves the entire Tri City Area. Valley Roofing installs EPPM, TPO, PVC, SBS, APP, single ply membranes and asphalt build up roofing systems. Valley Roofing also installs metal and shingle roofs.
